Get access to just-in-time expertise

wherever your company needs it most

Through the GrowFL System for Integrated Growth (SIG), business leaders gain access to just-in-time expertise — wherever a company needs it most. SIG addresses issues impacting growth for second-stage business owners, including internal issues such as human resources, fiscal management, operations, as well as external issues that focus on exploring new markets, preparing to export, sales, and supply chain. The goal is to provide CEOs with Fortune 500-level data, information, and best practices that many times may be too costly to access on their own.

Are you struggling to scale your company? Like many second-stage business owners, you may be noticing systems that once served you well are starting to show cracks — or that you need new skills and information to continue to grow profitably. The GrowFL System for Integrated Growth (SIG) program addresses issues that impact your growth, whether they are internal or outside the walls of your company. For example, SIG can help you:

  • Get a handle on financial management and understand what the numbers are telling you.

  • Learn how to recruit, retain, and develop talented employees.

  • Explore new markets, create prospect lists for those markets or analyze competitors.
  • Prepare to export — from documentation to identifying global markets and setting up distribution channels.
  • Bring in best practices on supply chain and operations to improve company logistics protocol.

SIG is delivered virtually through a SWAT team of business experts, a series of phone calls, and a secure, online portal. The SWAT team does not dictate a particular course of action but provides best practices and valuable data to help you better manage and grow your company.

Experts in their respective fields, these specialists operate under the guidance of the Edward Lowe Foundation which is a nationally recognized expert on second-stage growth companies.

SIG is ideal for companies at pivotal points. Even though your company is growing, you may feel overwhelmed. For example, you may need to build a senior management team, but lack employees with in-depth knowledge in certain areas. Or you may be running on all cylinders and ready to take that next step towards increased sales and new markets.

Whatever your situation, SIG can provide expertise for continued success.

Testimonials

The System for Integrated Growth Process

Nancy-Crews
The GrowFL CEO Roundtable program helped to educate us tools such as market strategy and business planning to bring us up to date,” Crews said. “From there, I worked with market research through GrowFL’s System for Integrated Growth (SIG) program to understand the marketplace. We looked at industries that are applicable to my technology and their growth rates. GrowFL helped me build a business plan, conduct competitive analysis and secure target customer lists. Now we have diversified into different markets and that’s a big investment for us. Our participation in the GrowFL program has increased sales by 10-20%.
Dr. Nancy Crews, Custom Manufacturing and Engineering
The insights that GrowFL and FloridaMakes has provided through the System for Integrated Growth and CEO Roundtables, and the work they’ve done to help our team, has made this venture successful,” Williams explained. “We’re adding more jobs and expanding the reach of the service division as we continue to work with GrowFL. It’s a difference of night and day. If we didn’t have GrowFL working alongside us, we wouldn’t be in nearly the good position we are right now. It would have taken a lot longer to figure out the pieces of this puzzle.
Glenn Williams, Bell Performance
The recession forced us to look beyond the marine industry for customers, but we didn’t want to risk substantial capital on researching new markets. We also were trying to grow our e-commerce business and knew that we needed to compete better on Internet search engines. You can get a myopic vision about solutions when you’re running a small, family-operated business,” he said. “The peer group helps you look at other solutions in a confidential setting. They can speak objectively – and sometimes bluntly – about a business decision we are considering. We may be surrounded by the trees, while the peer group sees the forest.
John Swiatkowski, Pacer Group
